ENAME MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT 1、General terms and conditions 1.1 Members using eName website by clicking “I agree” to this Agreement, indicates your agreement to all Conditions and Terms set forth both herein and in the related following conditions of the Agreement. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any amendments to the Agreement as well as any additional terms and policies posted on eName.com constitutes acceptance of such amendments. 1.2 You acknowledge that we may amend these conditions periodically, and that any new, different, or additional features changing the services provided by China will automatically subject to these conditions. 1.3 Registered as eName users signify your agreement to eName conditions and policies, including any related amendments and additional policies. 2、Security and Privacy Policy 2.1 Users agree that if you are issued an Id account and password by the company, it is your obligation to prevent access to this site through your Id account and Password by anyone other than yourself, keeping such information strictly confidential. Users shall be responsible for all activities performed by anyone who access your account using your password. 2.2 Users agree to provide and fill in detailed and correct personal information, instantly keep eName informed for any updates in your personal profile, and avoid unfaithful declarations. Personal information entered during eName account registration will be stored as direct contact for future use; Users should/will undertake all arising legal obligations for providing falsified or inaccurate information. 2.3 Users agree to use best effort for keeping eName account Id and passwords, users are responsible for all legal consequences caused due to sharing or lend your login information to anyone else. Notifying the Company immediately if you discover loss or access to such information by another party not under your control and supervision. eName is not responsible in the case if the login information was lost due to system or email hacking, stolen, or improper location store. 2.4 Users provide all necessary identification documents in accordance to eName services-related needs, if you do not agree or reject to provide necessary documents, such services or requests will not be performed by the Company. 2.5 Users must provide detailed and correct personal information, eName reserves the right to disable or discontinue the account with false declared information. 2.6 eName does not provide the user registration data for public or third party, unless （1）User authorized； （2）Products and services request your personal information； （3）Laws and regulations requirements； （4）Governments or the departments in charge of central enterprises require； （5）To resolve the incident report, lawsuits； 3、Services 3.1 eName's system provides users with services of domain name registration and management. Users should properly, appropriately, well-meaningfully use eName's system. Under any conditions, users should not have any of the following conducts: （1）Run program to act on eName's system for bulk, high volume and automated domain names search; （2）Run program to act on eName's system for continuous and repeated submission of invalid registration (invalid registration means user submits the registration for not-expired or expired but not deleted domain names or domain names that have been registered); （3）Other actions for misusing eName's system resources and influencing eName's system operating speed. When find out the above actions, eName's reserves the right to decide to eliminate the influence by any one of the following measures in its sole discretion without notification in advance: （1）Stop the connection of this user with eName's system or stop the access to eName's system; （2）Freeze the User ID; （3）Ban the User's IP; （4）Other measures that can eliminate the influence. 3.2 eName will notice you prior to pause the services due to system maintenance or upgrade. 4、Fee and payment 4.1 All fees are non-refundable 4.2 User cannot use our services when the account owe the fee 4.3 You agree that we may assign name-servers to the domain name and point the domain name to IP address(es) designated by us until the registration or renewal fee is paid. 4.4 eName reserves the right to adjust our price. 5、Force Majeure 5.1 You agree and acknowledge that hacker attacks, Internet connectivity and other system failures or interruptions are force majeure. 5.2 eName will make every effort to keep its web site and Services operational. However, certain technical difficulties and other factors outside of its control may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. You agree not to hold eName liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions. 6、Governing Law This Agreement shall be deemed entered into in China. Except for disputes concerning the user of a domain name registered with eName, You agree that the laws and judicial decisions of China, shall be used to determine the validity, construction, interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement. 7、Other Modification eName reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice. User is responsible for complying with any changes to the terms and conditions. I have read and agreed the terms of service.
